Returns & Exchanges

We want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all Freebird skincare and beauty products. If a formula isn't the perfect fit for your skin, we'll make it right with a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your exchange credit within 5-7 business days.
